The Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) is an Unaided Charitable Educational Institution, Promote & Established by Ananta Charitable Educational Society, Udaipur admitting students as per the norms of Medical Council of India (MCI) and Government of Rajasthan. The purpose of Ananta Institute of medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) is to train dedicated persons and students to manage, run and provide health care in the State Rajasthan.

Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) is established with a divine mission of bringing Medicare of International Standards to the door steps of the rural poor and to roll out medical graduates of modern scientific medicine capable of functioning independently in both urban and rural environment.

Ananta is located in salubrious environment abutting National Highway – 08 (Udaipur to Ajmer-Jaipur). It is 20 km from the Udaipur periphery, 24 km from Sukhadia circle Udaipur City & 20 km from Nathdwara, Rajsamand.

At Ananta we promote self-directed, explorative learning and research at every level. The college is equipped with state of art medical equipments, audiovisual aids and library.

At present, Ananta Hospital is a 730 Bedded tertiary care hospital attached to the Medical College. Our noble objective is to provide urban healthcare facilities to the rural poor at an affordable cost and to transform the present rural into a strong, healthy vibrating rural.

150 Seats are available for admission to the Graduate Medical Courses, Leading the award of the degree of MBBS of RUHS University

The candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st Dec. of the year of admission. He must have passed 10+2 in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology & English and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together be 40% instead of 50%. The admission will be on the basis of merit of entrance examination.

Bachelor of Nursing(B Sc. Nursing)

40 Seats are available for admission to the Degree course, leading the award of the degree of (B.S.C. Nursing)of RUHS University

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board. Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks. Student should be medically fit.

General Nursing & Midwifery(G.N.M.)

70 Seats are available for admission to the Diploma course, Leading the award of the degree of (G.N.M - Nursing)of RUHS University.

The minimum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV.10+2 class passed, preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks.10+2 passed in Arts Vocational stream ONLY, from recognized Board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks.10+2 passed in vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks. Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council. Student should be medically fit.
