About Us

बुंदेलखंड राज्यकीयआयुर्वेदिक कॉलेज और चिकित्सालय was undertaken by state govt. in 1974.

 Previously the institute was affiliated to the Chhatrapati sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. Later on in the year 2015 it was affiliated to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.

The institute is presently imparting graduate course of bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery (BAMS) with capacity of 60+15 students per year.

Our faculty consists of 27 experienced teachers who have a passion for Ayurveda, they consistently motivate students to gain knowledge about ancient and recent advances in Ayurveda.

The institute has 60 beds hospital, OPD, panchakarma and diagnostic laboratory.

The hospital with its necessary equipments and specialist doctors provide the right training ground for the students to get practical knowledge and insight about ayurvedic treatment.

Besides academic and clinical activities we organised health checkups and camps in rural as well as urban area to serve the needy.

Teaching and learning is a continuous process which runs throughout the life. Here in the campus we make sure you are equipped with all the knowledge that is needed as to become a able teacher and a successful practitioner.

Affiliation

Bundelkhand Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital jhansi is affiliated from Bundelkhand University Jhansi permitted by CCIM ( Central Council of Indian Medical and Ministry Of Ayush New Delhi . The institute is presently imparting the graduate course of BAMS with the capacity of 50 students per year.
