Don Bosco Institute of Technology since its inception in 2001, has built a reputation for having set high benchmarks in quality and commitment. The premier institute, which is affiliated to VTU, Belagavi, enriches the landscape of technical education by offering UG (BE) Programmers in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. It also offers an MBA Programmer.
Highly motivated faculty members, with excellent academic credentials and vast experience, work closely with the students to enhance their learning abilities and mentor them to achieve academic excellence in addition to acquiring sound knowledge. The faculty members keep themselves updated by acquiring higher academic qualifications and skill improvement.
DBIT has all the state-of-the-art infrastructure such as Spacious and Smart Classrooms, Well -equipped Laboratories, Skill Development Center, PLM Training Center, Kuka Robotics and several Incubation Centers to provide a superior learning experience to the students.
Industry interaction is an integral part of the Institution culture. Don Bosco Institute of Technology Admission 2021:-

Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore admission process is completely online for all its UG (BE) and PG (MBA) courses. Admissions to all courses are merit-based.

• Candidates seek admission through the CET/ PGCET entrance examination conducted by the Government of Karnataka. Students can select the college as per the CET ranking at the time of counseling.
• The second is the COMED- K entrance examination which is “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. The COMED- K entrance test, publication of score and merit list will be followed by centralised counseling.
• The third way is to get admission through the management in which selections will be based on the minimum eligibility and government regulations.

DBET adheres to the order of Government of Karnataka for seat distribution which is as follows-

• 45% seats to be filled through CET
• 30% seats to be filled through the COMEDK entrance exam
• 25% seats to be filled by Management
