WELCOME TO FLORENCE NURSING
Since the day we started Florence College of nursing, activity related to serve nursing is being offered to each student here.
Parameters like clinical and hospital training, personality development classes, spoken English classes, seminars and workshop, journal reviews and conferences, research guidance, health education camps, health check-up camps, etc. are carried out on regular basis. These enable the nursing students to gain knowledge in their clinical setup and field supervision. Apart from syllabus, extracurricular activities like sports, cultural activities, and celebration of important days like Independence Day, Republic day, World AIDS day, No Tobacco Day and other social responsibility are well supported. Nursing prevails all through where human being exists. A commitment to excellence in teaching, research, service and leadership is the essence of our programmers. The teaching method applied has tremendous input into the learners.

This report provides an evaluation of how effectively the college’s curriculum promotes students learning, engagement, progress and achievement. It is based on: what is known about student achievement information, including the achievement, decisions made to improve student achievement using assessment and self review information; and teaching strategies and programmers implanted to give effect to the college curriculum.

I call upon all the student who are going to join various programs at our institute, to strive hard to gain knowledge, transform it into skill with right attitude and inculcate the habit of learning, which will drive them to self learning.

Education is one of the most important facets of human evolution. It leads us from darkness to light. Nursing, a profession that recalls the name of Florence Nightingale is indeed one of the noblest professions in the world.
As a Chairman of the group, I am happy to receive this opportunity to serve in its benign efforts to serve the society with professional medical services. We are constantly striving to extend our facilities to a full fledged academic complex with multifarious activities under the aegis of Sanjeevan Foundation.
At present we have Six full functional nursing colleges at Bhilai, Rajnandgaon, Dalli-Rajhara & Dhamtari in Chhattisgarh. The Courses Offered at Our College are B.Sc Nursing, Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing, G.N.M. Nursing & A.N.M. Nursing. English language and Personality Development classes are also conducted here. Very soon we are going to start post graduation M.Sc. Nursing courses. Apart from studies, extracurricular activities like sports, arts and cultural programs are well supported in our institutes.
The most important support for career is employment. Here at Rastogi Group, all the six colleges offer placement through campus selection in international standards hospitals, various service industries and institutes.

B.Sc. - Nursing

This is the Six Collage started by Sanjeevan Foundation, with the thought to serve the tribal and backward caste residing in that particular area. Lack of proper job oriented courses issue among the career seeking people. They wear in requirement of such institutes which can provide job oriented courses and training.
The society decided to explore in the soft service sector and established a nurse training institute hear. It was just to serve the backward community to help their ward in their career goal. The idea transformed into shape and we started a collage named Florence College of Nursing under the banner of Sanjeevan Foundation, which offer basic B.Sc. nursing course for local population.
