WELCOME TO GOKUL NURSING COLLEGE
It is a constituent college of Gokul Global University, Sidhpur. It is established in the academic year 2016-17 with the annual intake of 50 Students. Nursing started in the past time by the ever remember Florence nightingale. The B.Sc. Nursing degree program started on the name of Gokul Nursing College. Establishment of Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) in the year 2017-18 with the intake of 30 students. This College is situated at Sujanpur Patia, Ahmedabad-Delhi main Highway No.41. This college is permitted by Government of Gujarat and recognized to Gujarat Nursing Council, Indian Nursing Council and affiliated with Hemchandrachrya North Gujarat University, Gokul Global University.

Nursing is an art, and if it is to be made an art it requires as exclusive as devotion, as hard a preparation, as any painters or sculptor’s work. In the past, the nurse was a person trained to perform specific task. Later, nursing was recognized as a professional demanded quality health care. Nursing practices are also influenced by consumer’s awareness, patients rights’, rising health care costs, health promotion and evidence based practice. Nursing is a growing with current trends and technology. Patient care is the main focus of this modern world and nurses play a vital role in health care system. So competent nurses are in demand all over the world. According to various surveys there is a requirement of one million nurses for the next five year.
