Ikon Nursing college was founded in 2004 and has been recognised by the Govt. of Karnataka, Karnataka nursing council and the Indian Nursing Council. The institute has become a premier centre for sheer excellence in nursing education. We are at the forefront of nurturing students to become confident and diligent health care professionals.

The institute provides courses in GNM, B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing and P.B B.Sc Nursing. We have well over 1000 students hailing from 15 cities and 10 states throughout India as well as from Nepal. We ensure that our students are provided a secure space which offers a stimulating and high-quality learning environment.

GNM (GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY)

A three year degree program offered to the students. It focuses on the provision of care to individuals, families, and communities.

The programme is geared to the health needs of the country, the community and the individual; and it will serve as a basis for advanced study and specialization in nursing; it will serve as basis for advanced study and specialization in Nursing; it will assist nurses in their personal and professional development so that they may make their maximum contribution to the society as individual citizens and nurses.

We provide career guidance classes for our students as well as offer job placement in industries, hospitals and NGOs on a national and international scale. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of our college plays a vital role in shaping the careers of our students.
