Krishnaben Mukeshbhai Jani school of Nursing was established in 2014.It is managed by Swaminarayan Gurukul Trust of Amreli.
The institute aims at imparting the best education to the students and at the same time focusses on the overall development of the pupil.Proper nurturing of the pupils is done by the qualified faculties and mentors.
Our institute is well equipped with the laboratories and the required tools.Hostel facility is also provided by us.
Large and ventilated Classrooms are present for the comfort of the pupils.Alongwith all this,quality education is provided.
We believe in building a healthy society and our students are taught the principles of serving the patients and taking care of their needs.

• Subjects covered within this course’s curriculum include Anatomy & Physiology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Psychology, Fundamentals of Nursing, and First aid.

A.N.M. Course   (2 Years):

•  Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery in Nursing is a two year undergraduate certificate-level course in Medical Nursing.
• The course deals with the field of medicine, and covers components of the healthcare. It focuses on providing medical care to individuals, families, and communities, so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life from conception to death.

ELIGIBILITY: 10+2

CAREER PROSPECT:

• The requirement for qualified and skilled nurses is fast on the up-and-up. Though ANM Nursing being a diploma course does not guarantee high end job opportunities, it is still a beneficial course for 10+2 passouts willing to work in healthcare sector.
• Employment opportunities in this profession are available across private and government hospitals, industries, orphanages, nursing homes, old age homes, sanatoriums, and the Armed Forces.

G.N.M. Course (3 Years  ):

• GNM Course is of 3 Years Duration. It is the course completing after which one will be able to start practicing Nursing Profession.
• GNM nursing course usually involves the compulsory completion of a 6-month internship in the discipline as well.
• Ideal candidates for the course would possess alertness of mind, team spirit, tact, compassion and physically fitness. Such professionals interested in pursuing higher studies in the discipline may go for higher degree programs in the subject. Successful professionals can also teach the discipline at related institutes.

ELIGIBILITY: 10+2

CAREER PROSPECT:
Nursing is the specialty of dealing with the sick and maternity care, as a profession, is about provision of help to a mother during pregnancy. The course essentially aims to produce qualified and trained General Nurses, who can effectively work as part of the medical community, for initial-level positions in the healing industry.

B.Sc. Nursing (4 Years):

• B.Sc.(Nursing) Course is of 4  Years Duration. It is the course which offers the Degree at the end of completion.
• The objective of the B.Sc. Nursing Syllabus is to demonstrate competency in the knowledge and skills in providing comprehensive nursing care based on the problem-solving approach in the hospital and community. B.Sc Nursing career options include employment in areas like hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and health departments, railways and defense etc.
• B.Sc Nursing also comprises a Post-Basic course which is further divided into 2 categories.

ELIGIBILITY: -10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology

CAREER PROSPECT:
B.Sc Nursing course is broadly based on education within an academic framework specially directed to the development of critical thinking skills, competence and standards required for the practice of professional nursing and midwifery as envisaged in National Health Policy, 2002. Since, it involves nursing of the wounded or ill, a lot of sectors require these graduates hence increasing its demand which is only expected to increase in the future as well. In India, the course is registered under and is controlled by Indian Nursing Council.
A person who is genuinely interested to serve the society by treating and caring patients should not think twice before taking this course. As a nurse, a person make a huge difference in people’s lives. A caring and compassionate nurse is considered as a guardian angel by patients. This can be a very satisfying and gratifying career for the compassionate. A person can go further for a masters in nursing which is a great advantage as it increases the experience.
