About Mother College Of Nursing, Visakhapatnam

The MOTHER College of Nursing was established in the year 2003 at Dharmasagaram (V), Narsipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam Dist. Under the management of MOTHER Educational Society   (Regd.  No.879/97), Jagannadhapuram  (V),  Kotananduru  Mandal, E.G.  Dist. This college was recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. At the time of establishment of the College the sanctioned strength by Government of Andhra Pradesh is 40 students per year. Subsequently the intake is raised 650 students per annum by the Government and permission  is also accorded by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. Good and experienced Faculty members are appointed on fulltime basis.  The College is well equipped with beautiful Laboratories and Library.  Permanent well ventilated buildings as per the norms of the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada are constructed.  Well ventilated and aerated individual rooms with full furniture attached  with bathrooms, lavatories for staying of the students in the Hostel for accommodating  150  students are also constructed. Well furnished equipped in beautiful dining hall is also constructed  for taking meals at a time for 150 students.
