The Nanjappa Trust is an organisation dedicated to providing world-class patient care and education to the people of India. The trust has a firmly held belief that this is only possible with adequate support from comprehensive research and honest community service. The trust responds to people’s health care and educational needs by investing in solutions that improve the quality of hospitals and provide opportunities to students across the country, to pursue their higher studies in the field of medicine and patient care.

The Nanjappa Trust established the first multi-speciality and super-speciality hospitals in the Malnad region.

The Nanjappa Trust has also established the Nanjappa Education Academy , to realise its goals for education in India.

Sri D.G. Nanjappa is the founder of the Nanjappa Trust. Sri D. G. Benakappa and Dr B. Dhanyakumar are the visionaries who continue to fuel its success, today. It is their determination and relentless work which has illustrated that this task, while daunting, is certainly worth taking up and can be tackled with sustained, concentrated efforts.

The NINS library is a gateway to students for all their study and research needs. A wide range of resources such as textbooks, periodicals, reserve articles and journals are available to students in printed and digital formats (Helinet).

Transport

For the convenience of students, the institute has two 60-seater buses that provide on-campus transportation.

Hostel

Our hostel boasts a total of 70 rooms, with 22 rooms on each floor. All rooms are well-furnished, with adequate water supply and other amenities.

Assistance for Bank Loan

NINS is fully committed to supporting students who wish to pursue higher education. We offer any assistance that students require, with the documents needed to procure a loan from nationalized banks.
