INTRODUCTION

New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) is an Autonomous College, Permanently Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and platinum rank by AICTE. NHCE is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade & National Board of Accreditation (NBA) . It carries a legacy of quality education and is ranked 141 for B.Tech by NIRF 2021. In the NIRF 2020 Ranking, the institute was ranked at 114 for B.Tech. The campus is spread over an area of about 11 acres and is situated in Bangalore’s IT Corridor which is surrounded by several MNCs and IT firms like Accenture, Intel, Accenture, Capgemini, ARM, Symphony, Wipro, Nokia, JP Morgan, and Cisco to name a few.NHCE Bangalore offers undergraduate to postgraduate, abroad programs and Ph.D. in the discipline of Engineering. NHCE has a unique distinction of achieving 100% admissions in all its courses and providing 100% placement assistance to its students, year on year. Highlights

New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) is an autonomous college, located in Bangalore. It was established in 2001 and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). The College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and is accredited by the NAAC with Grade 'A'. The College has been ranked 141 among 'Top Engineering Colleges in India' by NIRF in 2021. NHCE is a part of New Horizon Educational Institution which houses a total of seven institutes, including NHCE.
At present, the College offers several degree courses in the stream of Engineering, Management and Computer Applications. However, a few of the popular courses offered by the College include BE and MTech. Apart from this, during New Horizon College of Engineering placements 2022, the highest CTC offered to students was INR 20.14 LPA (Domestic) and INR 30 LPA (International). New Horizon College of Engineering application process is conducted through an online mode. Candidates have to register via the official website of the College to apply for any of the programmes. Follow the below-mentioned steps for the complete New Horizon College of Engineering application process:

Courses & Fees 2022

At present, the College offers five-degree courses, namely BE, MTech, MBA, MCA and PhD/ MSc (Engineering). NHCE Bangalore admissions to all the courses are entrance-based. NHCE admissions to most of the courses are entrance-based. After completing the additional Minor Degree programme, students shall be able to better understand the Engineering applications in other areas of his/ her interest. Placements

During NHCE placement 2022, 25 students were selected from the Finance and 19 students were selected from the Human Resources branch of the MBA programme. For the MTech 2022 batch, a total of 175 students were recruited for placements. Moreover, companies like Accenture, Aegis, Toshiba and ICICI Bank, among others, participated in the placements drive. NHCE MTech placement 2022 highlights are tabulated below for reference:

New Horizon College of Engineering BTech Placements 2022: Branch-wise 

NHCE placement report 2022 suggests that most of the students placed from the BTech programme were enrolled in the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch (34%). Other specialisations included ECE, ISE, EE and Civil, among others.

As per the 2021 placement report, a total of 996 students from BE were placed. Out of all the branches, the CSE branch has placed a total of 317 students, followed by ECE and ISE branches with 190 and 183 placed students, respectively. Scholarship for the Academic Year 2022-23
Scholarship for First Year B.E. Candidates:
- Students who have secured above 85% of total marks in Pre-University Course/ 12th from New Horizon Pre University College will get a scholarship of INR 25000 and other candidate will get a scholarship of INR 20000.
Scholarship for First Year MCA and MBA Candidates: -
- Students who have secured above 75% of total marks in Degree from New Horizon College will get a scholarship of INR 20000 and other candidates will get a scholarship of INR 15000.
Scholarship for Sports Category for First Year B.E., MCA and MBA candidates
-Students who are National level winner or Best player from New Horizon College will get a scholarship of INR 25000 and others college students will get Scholarship of INR 20000
-Students who are State level winner or Best player from New Horizon College will get a scholarship of INR 20000 and others college students will get Scholarship of INR 15000

CET Scholarships:
- Candidates with CET Rank from 01-1000 will be waived by 100% on total fee.
