Courses

GNM NURSING

GNM referred as General Nursing and Midwifery it deals with the education of nurses in general health care, nursing, and midwifery.

GNM or General Nursing Midwifery is a Three Years diploma course in the field of Nursing. Students who wish to pursue GNM diploma can proceed after passing their class 12 exam with Science stream. GNM diploma course is one of the sort out course which can be considered as a stepping stone towards making a career in the Nursing field.

•  Pass in 12th Class with 40%/PUC/Intermediate/HSC/PDC or any equivalent any group (Arts/Science/Commerce)

Admission Process

• Admission is open to all candidates from all parts of India and abroad, provided they meet the basic requirements for admission.
• Academic year starts from August - September

Selection Process and Conditions

• The selection committee will scrutinize each application.
• Performance in the Pre-University/Degree examination will form the basis for preliminary selection, according to the course.
• The applicant shall appear before a committee for interview and selection, for admission into the college
• Students selected for admission should remit the tuition fees and other prescribed fees along with the application form, at the time of admission.

FON LABORATORY

We live in a global community. PANASIA aims at preparing nurses to provide competent care as per the cultural background. We are of AV Aids, puppets, charts to stimulate the students for the Community Health Nursing Practice.

MCH LABORATORY

This laboratory offers an opportunity to learn with best of automated instrumentation like autoclave, pipettes Petridish, glass slides, biomedical waste management model etc.

COMPUTER LABORATORY

It is well equipped with latest model of advanced version computers with latest software installation. Round the clock net access and online facilities are available for educational purpose.

COMMON LIBRARY

To be on par with escalating intellectual expectations of our times, PANASIA of Nursing is having a spacious library with a adequate seating capacity and has a collection of 4850 books, E-Consortium facility, maintains subscriptions to 14 Indian and 5 International journals. We are privileged to have Electronic Resources like e-Journals, OVID journals etc., of the library which enable students & faculty to obtain the information they seek in the most expeditious and efficient manner. A Autolib is used for lending out books to students, faculties and other authorized users.

TRANSPORT FACILITIES

College of Nursing buses for transporting students to and from the clinical postings in other affiliated hospital and community centers for required clinical experience.

HOSTEL FOR BOYS & GIRLS

The student accommodation at PANASIA School of Nursing is a “home away from home”.
