Our vision is to promote Ayurveda as a Medical Sciences and to strengthen its position at national and global fronts by imparting research-based education at an undergraduate level along with practical training and revalidation of the science through present-day research parameters. To heal and nurture the human population through the science of the nation.
Our mission is to impart undergraduate teaching and learning. To carry out intensive research in various fields of Ayurveda. We also aim to provide Medical Healthcare to the ailing and to strengthen Ayurveda globally through our contributions.
Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and Research is an honest effort to promote and explore knowledge of Ayurveda so that this ancient medical sciences of Ayurveda can give its maximum benefit to the masses.

COURSES

Under-graduate courses(B.A.M.S)

Ayurvedacharya/B.A.M.S ( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) is a 5 1/2 year undergraduate course. The main course is divided into 4 academic groups followed by 1 year compulsory internship.
1st year of 1 year duration
2nd year of 1 year duration
3rd year of 1 year duration
4th year of 1 1/2 year duration
1 year compulsory internship

The annual admission capacity to B.A.M.S. course is 60 and admission notification is made on All India Level.

The admission to the same is as per the norms of the Ministry of AYUSH.
