RICH College of Nursing established in the year 2002 under Vasantha Lakshmi Charitable Trust and Research Centre, Nellore which was established in the year 1997 with the motive of Service to Humanity with Strong foundation of Education which can march a head for the prosperity of the country.
Here at RICH COLLEGE OF NURSING, we offer our students a comprehensive learning environment, filled with academic support and educational services. Course offered:-

B.Sc. Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
B.Sc., course in nursing is a 4 years programme that prepares the students to practice across all health care settings. This course provides Knowledge about nursing, first aid and midwifery. The nurses are also trained in all the theoretical as well as practical aspects of nursing, with general education in the humanities and behavioural , biological and physical sciences.

​Eligibility:-

• The minimal educational qualification required for B.Sc., nursing is pre-university/ Higher secondary school certificate (12 years course) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 50% of aggregate marks and 45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST. Female candidates with good character, conduct, sound health and should have completed 17years of age at the time of admission.

• 4 years

Post Basic B.Sc., Nursing ( P.B.B.Sc):
P.B.B.Sc., course in nursing is a two year programme

Eligibility: The minimal educational qualification required for P.B.B.Sc., nursing is passing of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course.

• Transportaion facilities are easily available as it is near by railway station and 500m from Grand Trunk road
• RICH College of Nursing is attached with its parent hospital called RICH Multi Speciality Hospital, a 200 bedded hospital located at the heart of the city.
• Opportunities are provided for students to visit few government and corporate hospitals, community health centres, cardiology centres etc
• The examinations are conducted by the Dr.N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Government of Andhra Pradesh at the end of each academic year and supplementary examination will also be conducted.
• Passed out candidates have the facility to register their certificates in their own state.
• Our institution is obtaining the best percentage of results and also providing campus selection facility  for nursing and other paramedical courses with 100 percent placements. Most of our students are working in UK,Dubai & other middle eastern countries and in reputed hospitals through out India with good packages.
