I am honored to present this world Class Nursing School to the future leader and young professionals of the world. The scope is ample for qualified professionals to pursue rewarding career and it is our mission and vision to groom young generation to become the pillars of future not only in the national arena but also in the international scenario.

ADMISSION

HOW TO APPLY

Application forms for admission may be obtained from the colleges on payment of Rs 250/- by cash or Rs 250/- by DD drawn in favour of Saraswathi School of Nursing, along with a self addressed stamped envelope for the value of Rs 10/-.

The candidates are asked to read the prospectus before filling up the application. The details in the Application form must be filled carefully in block letters in english and in the candidates own handwriting. No column should be left unfilled, no overwriting, additions or deleting are permitted. If any of the particulars are found to be fraudulent, the candidate will be summarily dismissed and crminal action will be instituted against him/her.

Each course must have a separate application form. And the completed application form shall be sent to the college along with xerox (photostat) copies of relevant documents.

Our G.N.M. Course is recognized by Government of Karnataka. Approved by Karnataka State Nursing Council, Bangalore and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

COURSES

G.N.M ( GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY)

Recognised by Government of Karnataka State Nursing Council, Bangalore and Indian Nursing Council- New Delhi G.N.M The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) training Course is 3 years of duration with English as the medium Of instruction. Apart from theoretical training in class Rooms, the practical hospital training would be of paramount Importance .The course shall also include field training in Community Nursing and Midwifery. The General Nursing And Midwifery programme aims at preparing nursing professionals

G.N.M ( GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY)

One can work at Gov’t & Private Hospitals, private clinics, schools, and Rehabilitation centres as Home care nurse, infection Control nurse, ICU Nurse and OT Nurse.
One can also study further for post Basic Nursing (Which would make it equivalent to BSc Nursing) after Which they can even work in Educational institutions Besides Hospital.

HOSTEL

Our hostel is a home away from home for our students. Our hostel warden has been trained and guided to ensure hostel students are taken care of. Round the clock security ensures no trespassers will be allowed and hostel premises are safe. The hostel kitchen follows strict hygienic practices and only nutritious and whole food meals are served as their native style to hostel students.

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Cultural programmes and competitons are held every year as part of the college test. students can participate in performing art competitions which include staging of place concerts and performance of dance ballets. Expression through experimental art forms like mime and fusion dance is also encouraged. one of the days is dedicated to cultural competitiond that includes carnatic and hindustani classical music. western dance fashion show, flower arrangement etc..

SPORTS

sports have always been given a pride of place in our institutions.we recognize that play is one of the most natural and important forms of rec recration.it is also the best way to improve one’s health and spirits. Sport is also encouraged actively by providing facilities to our students.facilities of indoor games like chess, carrom, badminton,khokho,volley ball and basket ball.
