Hospital has a fully equipped, Wel-maintained and peacefully placed Hospital wing rendering noble services to the ailing. Well established Out-patient departments of different specialities like Kayachikitsa, Shalya tantra, shalakya tantra, Prasuti & Streeroga, Kaumarabhritya and Atyayika (Casuality). Other than these, we are also running an Orthopedics and General Surgery department of contemporary science.

Hospital has In Patient Department provided with separate male and female general wards, semi special and special rooms for each specialty department.

Hospital has modern, sophisticated Panchakarma theaters blended with traditional classical touch to treat the patients much better way.

Hospital has Shalya tantra department, which is full pledged with well-equipped two major O.T. and one minor O.T. in which daily minimum of 10-15 major surgeries belonging to general, obstetrics gynaec and orthopedics along with Ksharakarma, Agnikarma and Rakta Mokshana and Para surgical procedures are conducted.

Hospital has causality department working round the clock for serving road traffic accident cases, burns cases, poisoning cases, snake bites etc., as this is the only hospital, which is running causality and emergency services since many years in this region of 50 km radius. This department is fully equipped with ventilator, X-ray machine, centralized oxygen & USG machine etc. to handle any emergency conditions.

Hospital has 07-bedded I. C. U. with ventilators, defibrillators and monitor with central section and oxygen. Hospital has well equipped clinical laboratory conducting all regular investigations.

SDMT's Ayurvedic Medical College & Research Centre started with the sole intension of providing quality Ayurvedic medical education to produce the physicians & surgeon to serve the humanity in more holistic way. The institution is started in the year 2005 in the name of late Shree Sidramappa Shasappa Danigond under Danigond Group Of Institutes (DGI) who was pioneer of the education in the region around the Terdal. Walking on the pathway, laid down by the father, the son Dr. M. S. Danigond well known surgeon, pediatrician & educationist dream of bringing Ayurvedic education and treatment of Ayurvedic to people in the rural areas.

Being the practicing Surgeon/Pediatrician/Physician in the rural area since 30 years. He could feel the need of hour, so thought of health for all in more holistic manner by integrating the Indian medicine with modern advancement. He is a visionary leader who has transformed the field Indian Medicine to reach such heights that today Sidramappa Danigond Memorial Trust's Ayurvedic Medical College, Danigond Post-Graduation Centre, Padma Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre are role models to the other institutions.
