Shree Balaji Hospital and College of Nursing is a modern Nursing Institution in the beautiful valley of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. The Institute promises to provide quality education in nursing. We are the only private nursing college in the state with it’s own hospital of 100 beds with all required Departments i.e. SHREE BALAJI HOSPITAL, KANGRA. The students get the best possible clinical training in the premises itself.

The college has it’s own building with spacious rooms, laboratories with adequate equipment, well stocked library with latest books, journals and experienced and dedicated faculty. DEPARTMENTS

Department of Community Health Nursing

The Department of Community Health Nursing is involved training of under-graduate and post-graduate nursing students in the field of Community Health Nursing. Students are trained in the areas of family assessment and community assessment to identify health problems of people living in the community. Students are further trained to make referrals for people identified to have problems and to give health education with emphasis on primary prevention.

• Providing need based care to the individual, family and community at adopted villages of Shree Balaji Hospital and College of Nursing
• MCH services in Urban and Rural health centers
• Participates and observes in National Health Programme
• Organizes School Health Programme and Nutrition Projects
• Organizes various camps based on the need
• Nursing research in the field of Community Health Nursing
