I welcome you all in this temple of higher learning. Congratulation for deciding to join CSHREE RAM AYURVEDIC MEDICAL college, Meerut. Your confidence in this college will be boosted and I am sure that at the end you will not repent for your decision. Everybody dreams. I suggest keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything, you require faith, believe in yourselves vision, hard work, determination and dedication. Remember, all things are possible for those who believe. Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give unto yourself to it.

Be a self starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all. I like to remind you that you are the architect of your destiny, you are the builder of your own life. Every thought, emotion, wish and action creates Karma. Change your karma and you will change the conditions in which you live. You can change your karma and you will change the conditions in which you live. You can change your karma by adopting a new pattern of thinking and hence your destiny. Only those having firm conviction and iron violation, can attain strength and energy and at no stage of karma, you should never hesitate to take a step forward. For, this your require time, you cannot by, rent or hire more time. The supply of time is inelastic. No matter how high the demand, the supply will go up. There is not price for it. Time is totally perishable and cannot be stored. Yesterday’s time. The work takes place in and uses up time, yet we take for granted this unique, irreplaceable but necessary resource, we must use this resource, i.e. “time judicially to change ‘karma’ to our advantage”.

With courage you will dare to take risk have the strength to be compassionate and the wisdom to be humble. Courage is the foundation of integrity. One should take up the challenge, steer it and come out a winner.
