Shri Gurudeo ayurved college and Hospital Gurukunj Ashram Dist-Amravati , run by The Akhil Bhartiya Shri Gurudeo Sevamandal, Gurukunj Ashram has been established in 1959 by Rev. Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj , one of the great progressive saint of Mharashtra .

Since inception of this institute, institute is serving to patients untiringly from last four decade. Institute has a glorious tradition of serving the patients of adjoining area. Institute has been recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi on 16 Jully 1992 Institute is a Grant-in aid by The Government of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The academic and examination related activities are regulated by the Board of Studies and Academic Council of the University.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Courses level

Institute Graduate and Post-Graduate level courses in Ayurveda in all the branches recognized so far.

Research activities

To conduct the research activities of National and International Standard.

Manufacturing unit

To establish a drug manufacturing unit for production of quality Ayurvedic medicines and to formulate the standard pharmacopoeia in Ayurveda.

Training programmers

To organize training programmers for Para-medical Staff and to institute various Para-Medical courses related to Ayurveda.
