How to Apply

Fill up the application form and attach required certificates and photographs,well before the close of admissions for any queries please contact the school office.

Document Required
The following attested copies of documents should be enclosed with the application showing the date of birth.

Marks list of qualifying examination Matric and +2.
Three pass-port size photos
Bonafide Certificate
Category Certificate
Medical Certificate to be obtained from CMO
Hepatitis B Vaccination Certificate
Candidate should bring the original certificate at the time of admission.

Uniform
Students are required to wear the uniform prescribed by the nursing School During Clinical experience.
Students should have their hair put up & should wear only prescribed footwears
Students are not allowed to wear any jewellery except small carriages during the clinical experience.

Vacations
Students have their vacation according to the regulations of the board HPNRC & of the INC.
All the institutional holidays will be observed by the school.

Sick Leave
A medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner must be produced with in 3 days in the event of illness.

Examinations
The Students will appear for theory and practical examinations of Board HPNC Shimla at the end of every academic year as prescribed.
Two terminal(PTS) exams and modal examinations will be conducted every year by the school.

S.N.A. Membership
All students are required to become active members of the Student Nurses Association(SNA).The Membership fee payable is nominal.
