History: Hon. Late Dr. Vasantrao Saraf was the founder of this Institute. He was one of the leading practitioners & social workers of his time. His ultimate support was his wife Late Mrs. Dr. Kusumawati V. Saraf, who was one of the topmost gynaecologists of her time. With a vision of upgradation of Ayurveda & Health for all, they started this charitable Institute in 1991. Since then it is running smoothly & growing at fast pace. Our college is one of the oldest & renowned Private Colleges in Maharashtra State & we have biggest infrastructure among all Ayurvedic Colleges in the State.
Aims and achievements: Ayurveda and Integrative Healthcare under one roof is our basic aim. Institute has 9 acres land for development. Various departments are well equipped.

Admission: B.A.M.S intake of 60 seats & P.G intake of 12 seats in 4 Departments.
