SIT - Sinhgad Institute of Technology Fees and Eligibility:-

Sinhgad Institute of Technology Admission Process  :-

Candidates must ensure their candidature on the basis of eligibility criterion set for respective courses before seeking admission into any course of the institution. Following are the steps that are involved in the admission procedure of the institution: 

• · Candidates must mention the Admission test taken along with the name and address of the Test Agency and the URL of their website. 
• · The entrance examination MHT CET conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell and JEE Main conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSC) are taken under consideration for the process of admission. 
• · There is a certain percentage of seats allotted to the candidates as per the test taken by them. Candidates can refer to the details given under the section 'Admissions' on the official website of the institution. 
• · Candidates are advised to look up to the calendar for admission against instate level/ vacant seats. 
• · A track of the schedule or Centralised Admission Process (CAP) is important to keep. Also, candidates are advised to contact the office on an urgent basis after the declaration of HSC, MHT-CET and   JEE-Main results. 
• · Candidate must fill their online applications to Central Admission Process (CAP) for both Institute level & against Vacant seats if any. 

Sinhgad Institute of Technology Placements:-

There is a Central Placement Cell for all the Engineering colleges that come under the Sinhgad Technical Education Society. Each college has a team that works with the cell to ensure placements to the deserving candidates. Comprised of Training & Placement Officer along with student and faculty coordinators, the team organises aptitude tests, training courses and workshops to prepare students for the process of final recruitment.
Also, it is a better way to help students polish their interpersonal and technical skills and utilize their knowledge as per the industry standards. Further, these provide a quick glimpse of the requirements needed for better employment opportunities. The institution has campus connect programs with several well-reputed companies such as Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Zensar Technologies and others. 

Sinhgad Institute of Technology Scholarships :-

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulk Shishyavrutti Yojana, Dr Punjabrao Deshmukh Vastigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (Hostel Maintenance), State Minority, Central Minority and many others are the types of scholarships offered by the institution. Library

• The central library is enriched by 46500 books with 12000 titles of various books of all disciplines of Engineering, Management and Sciences. Along with 5000 reference books, it also has 207 national/ international periodicals and journals. The library also possesses 1300 CDs as offline databases. A dedicated six storey building with huge reading halls and modern amenities is allotted to the library facilities of the campus and the central library is open for 24 hours on all days in a year with the seating capacity of more than 3500.
