He is a brilliant entrepreneur and philanthropist by nature.

Principal
I Mrs. Prof. Dr.G.Muthamilselvi., Completed B.sc (N) in prestigious institution Madras Medical College(MMC), under MADRAS UNIVERSITY, Ranked 4th in Asia during 1984- 88 is an unforgettable and pleasant experience. Perused Masters in Nursing (OBG) in Dr. MGR Medical University Chennai 1998, simultaneously acquired additional qualifications like MHRM -2004, DALL-2006 in Annamalai University. Attained the highest degree in Nursing Ph.D (N) VMRF Salem- 2014. I strongly Believe the statement uttered by African President Nelson Mandela that “Education is the most powerful and strongest weapon in the world to change the behavior of human being”.
Started my journey as care provider in 1989 . During my carrier developed Passion towards teaching made me to opt nurse educator and latter on extended to curriculum administrator in various universities like Dr. MGR Medical university, RGUHS, Bangalore, and Calicut university Kerala. Those universities gave an opportunity to create a stimulating learning environment for young aspiring minds.
Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation offered a rich platform since 2009 as Principal in academic and research in Pondicherry. This rich experience in our esteemed university VMU Salem has shaped me to take up challenging roles and responsibilities in regard to member in BOS, Academic Council, Research Advisory board, PhD supervisor etc. I strongly believe that “Team Work, and Participatory Leadership” may lead a team to achieve success in every part of life.
I always focus on all round development of students and faculties to bring them as Quality Nurses, Future Teachers, Researchers, Leaders and above all “A good Citizen. Also I encouraged and created an atmosphere for their higher education, to continue research, and publish articles and made them to understand the power of unity towards the common goal. I treat my students and faculties with utmost respect and kind. I am lucky and feel proud to have friendly management, faculties and students who always make my life simple and fruitful one.
